De Kromme Schaft is a responsible redevelopment of a former office building into 234 energy-efficient, fully finished starter apartments in Houten, designed to expand affordable homeownership and strengthen long-term neighborhood stability. Through careful asset management, we transformed an underused site into a modern, gas-free residential community with shared spaces, sustainable mobility options, and high-quality living standards. The project enhances social cohesion, improves accessibility for local residents and first-time buyers, and supports broader municipal goals for sustainable urban growth. By combining affordability, ESG-aligned design, and strong local demand, De Kromme Schaft delivers durable value for both investors and the community.

Cultureel Centrum Oss

Cultureel Centrum Oss is a 15,000 m² cultural hub created by merging Theater De Lievekamp with the repurposed structure of the former Zuiderstrandtheater. Through our project management, we oversaw the circular dismantling, structural reuse and modernization of the complex, significantly reducing environmental impact. The renewed centre offers diverse cultural spaces that enhance accessibility and strengthen community engagement in Oss. By revitalizing an existing asset rather than rebuilding, we contributed to sustainability, affordability and long-term cultural stability. This responsible approach delivers enduring social value while creating a future-proof, ESG-aligned investment.

Hof van Wouw

Hof van Wouw is a strategically positioned redevelopment project in the heart of Gageldonk, a post-war neighborhood in Bergen op Zoom undergoing significant transformation. By converting a former industrial site surrounded by housing into a modern residential area, we help renew the local housing stock and improve amenities for starters, through-movers and seniors. Our approach strengthens the district’s livability by introducing a varied mix of homes that meets the needs of both a growing elderly population and young households. The project acts as a catalyst for the broader revitalization of Gageldonk, enhancing neighborhood cohesion and long-term housing stability. This responsible redevelopment delivers clear social value while forming a future-proof investment.

Project Pampus

At the edge of the Weesp industrial zone, an outdated office building offers a strong opportunity for urban revitalization, prompting our plan to transform the site into a modern residential building with an active commercial plinth. By partly demolishing the existing structure and expanding it with modular up- and extensions, we create future-proof homes for starters and through-movers while reshaping the surrounding public space into a more livable and sustainable environment. As delegated developer, we manage the full process from design to delivery, coordinating closely with the municipality, architects, advisors and owners. Our approach focuses on seamlessly integrating commercial and residential functions through smart architectural and urban solutions that balance financial feasibility with social value. This transformation will unlock the potential of an underused location, delivering a vibrant, community-oriented asset that contributes to long-term neighborhood vitality and ESG-aligned investment goals.

Garage Notweg is a historically significant, 2,400 m² former garage in Amsterdam transformed into a multi-tenant creative and community hub that brings together social entrepreneurs, cultural initiatives, and small businesses — revitalizing a disused building into a vibrant centre for social design, collaboration, and local engagement. Through careful feasibility studies, redevelopment planning and adaptive reuse, Garage Notweg reflects our competence in unlocking the potential of heritage-buildings for modern, socially meaningful use. As part of our portfolio, this project highlights our track record in delivering socially conscious, community-oriented real estate developments that create value for both stakeholders and local neighbourhoods.
